ComSP team Humans at RISk earns top-10 position in the 2021 edition of the IEEE Signal Processing Cup.
A team of MsC/PhD students (Juan Carlos Ruiz Sicilia, Javier Giménez de la Cuesta, Gonzalo Anaya López), supervised by Prof. F. Javier López-Martínez, finalized the IEEE Signal Processing Cuo 2021 Challenge “Configuring an Intelligent Reflecting Surface for Wireless Communications” in an overall 9th position. This is the first time that a student team from Universidad de Málaga participates in this competition. See the description of our solution here.
